Created by Itaminas in 2017, Vida Ativa promotes water aerobics and wellness activities for older adults in Sarzedo.
The project brings together water aerobics classes for people over 60 and people with some physical limitation, now with 75 active participants in the Brasília and Santo Antônio neighborhoods. Created by Itaminas in 2017 and now run by Instituto Itaviva, Vida Ativa was born to offer older adults a new outlook on life, with playful, interactive activities that value and respect them.
