International Women’s Day was very special at Itaminas! Marked by an afternoon coffee full of emotion, each woman received a framed photo to represent how important they are to the company.
At the end of the gathering, Itaminas honored Dr. Dayse Gonçalves, a physician who has been caring for every employee for 34 years.
On behalf of the whole company, our sincere thanks for all the effort and time dedicated, and for all the care and attention given to every employee.

The women who are part of our history have helped us get where we are, and without them this journey would be incomplete. Itaminas will be forever grateful to have each one of you with us.

In addition to the internal event, a gathering was held at Instituto Itaviva for the women from the “Vida Ativa,” “Zumba: Saúde em Foco,” and “ACAMARES” projects.
We invited coach Fernanda Barbosa, who spoke about the importance of living our true identity. We were also joined by singer Laisa Diniz, who prepared a very special set of inspiring songs for all the women. Participants from our “Vida Ativa” and “Zumba: Saúde em Foco” projects, as well as our ACAMARES partners, attended the event.
