Projeto Resgate – Instituto Itaviva

Instituto Itaviva holds an event to deliver kits to Projeto Resgate students.

On June 24, the kimono delivery event for Projeto Resgate took place, an initiative aimed at promoting judo among children and young people in Sarzedo. With the goal of restoring essential values through sport, the project’s mission is to provide opportunities for personal growth, discipline, and social integration.

The atmosphere at the event was full of enthusiasm and joy, as the participants knew this would be a special moment in their lives.

Each young participant received a kit containing a Projeto Resgate t-shirt, a judogi (the traditional judo uniform), and personalized sandals featuring the project’s logo. The happiness on the children’s faces as they received their kits was moving.

To celebrate this special moment, a real party was organized. The tables were decorated with judo-themed elements, and of course there was food. Participants and their families enjoyed a delicious snack with hot dogs, cotton candy, and churros.

Projeto Resgate has proven to be an example of solidarity and social inclusion, giving children the opportunity to learn a sport while also instilling fundamental values for raising conscious, responsible citizens.

With the kimono delivery, the Projeto Resgate judo program continues on a path of success in building a better future for these children and young people, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential. After all, with discipline, dedication, and support, they have everything they need to achieve great accomplishments both on and off the tatami.
