Águias de Sarzedo is a young apprentice program developed by Itaminas

The program’s first class started in 2022 and wrapped up in July 2023. Throughout the course, students had numerous opportunities to learn about career development and personal and professional growth.

During the program, participants took part in a series of enriching activities and experiences. In addition to theoretical and practical classes covering topics such as professional ethics, time management, and communication skills, the young apprentices also had the opportunity to visit museums.

These visits were planned to broaden the students’ horizons, giving them an enriching cultural experience. By exploring museums, they came into contact with art, history, and culture, expanding their knowledge and stimulating their creativity.

In addition, the Águias de Sarzedo program sought to provide young apprentices with an inclusive and motivating learning environment. They had access to mentors who guided them and encouraged them to develop their individual skills and talents.

Throughout the course, students also took part in talks and workshops led by experienced professionals, who shared their career paths and offered valuable tips for the young apprentices’ personal and professional growth.

With the first Águias de Sarzedo class wrapping up in July 2023, participants are now prepared to face the challenges of the job market. They will have gained practical and theoretical knowledge, as well as skills that will allow them to begin their professional journeys with confidence and determination.
