Ecological Walk

On July 28, Itaminas’ Environment Department held an ecological walk with employees at Parque Serra do Rola Moça.

The event aimed to raise environmental awareness and strengthen bonds among employees while sharing the company’s commitment to sustainability.
The day began with a hearty breakfast prepared by the Itaminas cafeteria team, giving participants energy and enthusiasm before starting the trail. After all, the journey through nature required plenty of stamina, and the team was ready for an unforgettable experience.
Guided by a park ranger, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the importance of environmental conservation and how small individual actions can make a difference for the ecosystem.
The walk also served as an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge among coworkers, strengthening team spirit and cooperation. As they made their way along the trail, employees were able to admire and take in the mountain’s stunning scenery.
After a few hours of walking, the group reached a panoramic lookout, where they could appreciate the grandeur of nature and reflect on the importance of preserving such beauty for future generations.
By the end of the day, everyone returned with a sense of gratitude for having taken part in this enriching ecological walk.
