Itaminas Family Day

Itaminas Family Day was a special event that gave employees the opportunity to share their workplace with their families, creating a unique experience of connection and stronger ties with the company. Upon arriving at Itaminas, participants were welcomed with a delicious breakfast, kicking off a day full of discoveries and moments of togetherness.

During the visit, everyone was properly accompanied by specialized professionals, ensuring the safety and guidance needed for family members to get a close look at the most important areas of Itaminas. The experience allowed visitors to better understand the operations that make the company a reference in the mining sector, as well as to see up close the work carried out in different areas and the processes that ensure safety, sustainability and efficiency in ore extraction. It was an opportunity to understand the company’s commitment to quality and respect for the environment.

After the tour of the mine, the get-together continued with a special barbecue, where employees and their families could relax, share experiences and strengthen bonds in a relaxed setting. This moment of togetherness not only celebrated the hard work of each employee, but also reinforced the important role their families play in supporting them every day.

Itaminas Family Day will now become a monthly event, reaffirming the company’s commitment to bringing employees and their families closer together. The initiative celebrates team spirit and contributes to a more humanized work environment, valuing each employee’s contribution to the company’s success and the pride of being part of this story.
