From December 17 to 20, Itaminas held SIPATMIN 2024, a week marked by interaction, learning and awareness about safety and health in the workplace. This year’s event was guided by the theme “Reasons to come home”, highlighting the importance of safe practices and strict compliance with regulations to preserve everyone’s life and well-being.
The program included enriching and inspiring talks led by specialists such as Rafael Moreira, Dr. Frederico Porto, Deivson Lest and the theater group CIA Solo Teatro Empresarial, who brought deep reflections and dynamic approaches on safety, mental health, teamwork and the importance of maintaining a responsible attitude in everyday life.
SIPATMIN is an essential moment for consolidating a culture of safety and well-being, reaffirming Itaminas’ commitment to its employees’ quality of life. More than an event, it is an opportunity to strengthen the bonds that unite us as a team, promoting a safer, healthier environment for everyone.
To close things out, we celebrated 2024’s achievements with a special moment: a prize raffle, as a way to recognize and value the active participation of our employees throughout the week.
